Shipping and Returns
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. Your order should arrive in 2-4 working days depending on the service you select at checkout. During busy periods dispatch and delivery could take longer.
Please email orders@wrapmagazine.com if your order is urgent and we will try and ensure it is dispatched as a priority, or choose Express Shipping at the checkout.
UK Delivery
How much is delivery?
UK Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 24 1-2 days) - £5.95
UK Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 48 2-4 days) - £3.95
FREE Delivery for orders over £35 (Royal Mail 48)
Express Delivery (UPS) - £7.95
How long does UK delivery take?
Your order should arrive in 2-3 working days via Royal Mail 24, 2-4 days with Royal Mail 48, and next working day (if ordered before midday) with express next day delivery.
During busy periods dispatch and delivery could take longer.
Please let us know if you need something urgently and we will do our best to get it out the same working day.
International Delivery
How much is international shipping?
Ireland/France/Germany
International Tracked (Royal Mail) under 1kg - £8.95
International Tracked (Royal Mail) 1-2kg - £10.95
International Tracked (Royal Mail) over 2kg - £20.50
For other countries, shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout depending on the weight of your order.
How long does international delivery take?
Your order should arrive in 5-10 working days, but during busy periods this will take longer.
Who will deliver the order?
Your order will be shipped by courier or Royal Mail and your local delivery service.
Will there be import duties or taxes on the order?
Your order may be subject to local sales tax or VAT when it arrives in your country. You will be responsible for paying this fee. Please note that some courier companies charge an additional customs processing fee. This is also your responsibility, and we have no control over it.
Returns
What is the Wrap returns policy?
Items can be returned, in their original packaging, in a resalable condition, within 28 days of receipt of your order.
Please email orders@wrapmagazine.com to process your return.
How do I return an item?
Please email at orders@wrapmagazine.com to let us know you are returning an item.

Make sure to include a note with your order number and name in the package, or we will not be able to refund you. You will be responsible for paying the return postage cost.
We recommend using a tracked or signed for delivery method to ensure your item arrives safely.
